There is a simple process that maps out how to come share what God is doing at NHBC.

We love guests, but we do not want you to be a guest forever. We want you to join us in what God is doing; and the process is simple:

This is how you can find a God-centered sense of belonging and purpose in life. It is how you can build and enjoy God-centered relationships. We all need good relationships, a real sense of belonging, and a meaningful purpose, but these need to be God-centered and not world-centered or me-centered.

Come and share in what God is doing; come and share this faith commitment.

We always love guests and would love to make a connection with you. Come and see us at one of our community events or at any of our regular ministries.

Our main goal for both ourselves and for you is to know Jesus. This is called conversion because it is a heart change. Come to know Jesus by faith in him based on his death and resurrection. Ask about it.

In the Bible, believers in Jesus commit themselves to a church, a community of faith in Jesus. We love, serve, and care for each other. We worship together. Come share with us in what God is doing.

My name is Matt, and I am here to help you.

I am here to help you make a CONNECTION and experience the warmth and joy of fellowship. I am here to help you move toward CONVERSION and putting your faith in Jesus. And I am here to help you think about making a COMMITMENT to come share in what God is doing at NHBC.

More About Membership

If you are considering membership at NHBC, we would love to talk to you about it. You can make an appointment with one of our pastors so that we can hear more about you and you can hear more about us. Some people become members who were already Christians but are new to NHBC. Some people become members when they become Christians by coming to Jesus for the first time. Either way, we will walk with you through becoming a living and active part of what God is doing in our church.
